Worship & Music

When you worship at RCC, you will see what we mean when we say we are a church for the community.  You will walk in the door and see people greeting each other warmly.  In worship, you will hear those gathered share joys and concerns with each other and pray together for one another, for those in the community, and for the world.  You will join us in reading scripture , hearing a sermon from our pastor, and raising our voices in song.  You will break bread with us around the communion table, where we proclaim that Christ welcomes everyone.

Music is an important part of worship at RCC.  The adult choir meets for rehearsal on Tuesday evenings at 7 pm and sings in worship once each month.  The bell choir plays in worship several times throughout the year and is always open to new members, even if you've never rung before!  Special music from soloists and ensembles are scheduled throughout the year.  Music at RCC varies from old hymns to contemporary praise songs, gospel singers to bell choirs, and everything in-between; we welcome and celebrate all music that is shared in a spirit of worship!
